<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering lock apparatus having a compact constitution and an excellent anti-theft property. <P>SOLUTION: The steering lock apparatus comprises a housing 1, a cylinder lock 2 having a cylinder outer 14 and a cylinder inner 15, and attached to one end side opening part 6 of the housing 1, a cam member 3 which is integrally reversible rotatable with the cylinder inner 15, a lock bolt 4 which is arranged in the other end side opening part 8 of the housing 1, and reciprocated between the locking position and the unlocking position of a steering shaft according to the rotational operation of the cam member 3, a holding member 28 which pierces the cam member 3, and is reciprocated along its rotary shaft, and pushed in by one end of the cylinder inner 15, and a blocking member 5 which is pressed by the holding member 28 while the cylinder lock 2 is attached to the housing 1, and held at a non-locking position not to be locked to a lock-receiving part 38 provided on the lock bolt 4, and moved to the locking position to be locked to the lock-receiving part 38 while the cylinder lock 2 is detached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
