<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film capable of maintaining productive stability while particularly securing transparency of an adhesive layer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The packaging film comprises both surface layers containing an olefin-based polymer (A) which satisfies such a condition that crystallizing heat quantity is 5 J/g to 80 J/g (1) and an intermediate layer consisting essentially of a lactic acid-based polymer (B), wherein an adhesive layer consisting essentially of the olefin-based polymer (A) satisfying the condition (1) and the lactic acid-based polymer (B) is disposed between the surface layer and the intermediate layer. The adhesive layer essentially consists of the olefin-based polymer (A) and lactic acid-based polymer (B), therefore, the difference of fusion viscosity of resins constituting respective layers can be reduced and the productive stability can be maintained while securing the transparency of the adhesive layer.
