PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine that can simplify a cleaning job by changing the moving direction of a lid's ball tray or by doing something else while applying to the pinball game machine integrating a glass frame and a ball tray. SOLUTION: Only by moving a cleaning bar along a ball guideway and by forming a tilted face 21b on a lid 21 so that the lid 21 is supported by a supporting mechanism to be freely movable between a cover position and an exposed position and so that the lid 21 can be moved to the exposed position by slidably contacting with a cleaning bar 33 that moves along a ball guideway 22, the lid can be easily moved not in the vertical direction of an upper tray 12 but in the front direction. Therefore, even a front door 3 keeping the glass frame integrated with the upper tray 12 and a lower tray 15 can easily expose the ball guideway by moving the lid to the exposed position and can simplify the cleaning job of the ball guideway.
