PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor unit device which has fewer components and houses all the components in a case. SOLUTION: Inside a space formed by the case 2 and a cover 3, a retractable gear 5, a transmission gear 6, a motor 7, a control section 8, and a limit switch 9 are arranged to surround the retractable gear 5 such that the retractable gear 5 is centered by engagement between a first helical gear and a first worm gear 61 and between a second helical gear 62 and a second worm gear 71.
