PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of improving productivity by commoditizing components of flap driving mechanisms between a type driving two flaps by a single motor and a type driving two flaps by a plurality of motors. SOLUTION: In the air conditioner 1 capable of driving two flaps 23A, 23B rotatably supported in an outlet 14 by a motor 31 via a gear train, gears 35, 36 of each flap drive shafts 32, 33 and a motor drive shaft gear 37 provided on a motor drive shaft 34 are respectively meshed via intermediate gears 38, 39, and in one flap drive shaft 32 of the flap drive shafts 32, 33, a second motor 31A for individual driving can be joined to another end side, and the intermediate gear 38 meshed with the gear 35 of the flap drive shaft 32 is removable.
