ACTIVE VIBRATION CONTROLLER AND ACTUATOR USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out reduction in size and weight of an active vibration damper stand A in which a top panel 5 on which equipment 1 is placed thereon is supported by a coil spring 4 as much as possible; to obtain an necessary damping characteristic without causing rise in cost. SOLUTION: A bobbin 67 of a vertical linear motor unit 6 is supported to be able to roll on a floor panel 20 of a case 2 via a spherical convex part of a contact member 70 to absorb horizontal vibration by oscillation of the bobbin 67, and an O ring 65 made of high damping rubber is arranged between a pole piece 62 and the bobbin so as to generate moderate damping force. The contact member 70 formed of resin material is pressed on the case floor panel 20 by a pre-compressed coil spring 66 arranged between the pole piece 62 and the bobbin 67 with approximately constant pressing force.
