<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed feedback semiconductor laser capable of suppressing fluctuation in the oscillation wavelength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The distributed feedback semiconductor laser includes a plurality of light emitters having different oscillation wavelengths from each other, a high reflection film formed at an end of the semiconductor laser, and a low reflection film formed at the other end thereof and having a lower reflectance than the high reflection film. Each of the plurality of light emitters includes an active layer and a grating layer formed on the lower or upper side surface thereof, and further the end face phases of gratings of the plurality of grating layers are aligned with one another on the one end of the semiconductor laser.
