<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular stabilizer system capable of preventing or reducing adverse effects due to the operation of an actuator with road-surface input when roll suppressing control is not executed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicular stabilizer system includes a stabilizer, the actuator for changing the torsion amount of the stabilizer by its operation, and a control device for controlling the actuator to execute roll suppressing control. In the case that the operation amount of the actuator with road-surface input exceeds a set operation amount (S14) when the roll suppressing control (S8) is not executed, the control device executes operation amount reducing control (S15) to reduce the operation amount. This prevents or reduces adverse effects on the ride comfort of a vehicle resulting from the shift of the operation position of the actuator from a neutral operation position.
