<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater for a grip easy in manufacturing, flexible, and superior in drip-proof properties for a long time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Upper and lower insulation sheets 2, 3 are constructed of a soft synthetic resin, the outer periphery 7 of the insulation sheets and an outer covering part of a lead wire (lead-out portions 6 of the lead wire) surrounded by the outer periphery part and therebetween are subjected to welder working and weldingly integrated. The heater for a grip flexible and superior in drip-proof properties is obtained by weldingly integrating the outer peripheries 7 of the sheets to each other by welder working in a state a sheet heater is sandwiched between the soft insulation sheets having welder workability.
