<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for predicting/choosing a lucky number of a public lottery for allowing a user to optionally vibrate a hollow box and display a number when the user purchases a public lottery allowing the user to choose a desired number and the user must decide a predicted lucky number. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this tool for predicting/choosing the lucky number of the public lottery, a partition plate is disposed in a frame of the hollow box if needed, numbers are arranged and filled on a transparent upper plate on the top surface, recesses are disposed in the bottom under the numbers, the color of the numbers is set to the same as the bottom, and as many balls as the number required for choosing a number are put in the frame of the hollow box.
