<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle device consisting of a plurality of throttle bodies, a plurality of throttle valves turnably arranged in respective throttle bodies and an actuator exerting power for rotationally driving respective throttle valves, wherein a degree of freedom in design and the productivity are enhanced by reducing a parts count and facilitating a position adjustment between these parts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A throttle body aggregate unit 40AA is formed by coupling the throttle bodies 36A, 36B to each other so as to keep intake passages 38A, 38B in parallel to each other. The actuator 41 is arranged between intake passages 38A, 38B of a pair of throttle bodies 36A, 36B adjacent to each other of a plurality of throttle bodies 36A, 36B constituting the throttle body aggregate unit 40AA so as to be supported by the throttle body aggregate unit 40AA.
