<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a fluid collection device capable of easily collecting fluid existing in a desired depth and a section of a drilling hole, and dramatically saving the time and effort required for the collection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fluid collection device is such a device as to be inserted into the drilling hole to collect the fluid in the drilling hole. The fluid collection device includes: a first and a second packers which are selectively and closely attached to the internal surface of the drilling hole; a first and a second supply pipes for supplying the expanded fluid to each of the first and second packers; and a guide pipe for guiding the fluid existing in a collection space between the first and second packers to the outside. In the fluid collection device, the second supply pipe can move together with the second packer along the longitudinal direction of the drilling hole, and forms another passage which does not communicate with the first supply pipe.
