PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access a HAZ (HEAT AFFECTED ZONE) by welding by an execution device for stress improvement; to reduce a shape discontinuous spot of a connection part between a low-pressure water injection pipe and a core shroud; further, to reduce an exposure dose of an operator during a remounting operation time of the low-pressure water injection pipe or the like; and to cope excellently with center dislocation between the low-pressure water injection pipe and a hole of the core shroud. SOLUTION: A center dislocation adjusting means wherein a flange neck 10 and a ring 11 which are components of the low-pressure water injection pipe 100 are integrated together, for adjusting a center dislocation amount T between the center O of the low-pressure water injection pipe and the center Q of a hole 105b on a shroud upper shell 105a of the core shroud 105, is provided as an outer circumferential part 11a of the ring 11, and a weld beveling 12 of a joint between a hole 105b fringe on the shroud upper shell 105a and the peripheral edge of the ring 11 is provided in the exposed state to the inside of the core shroud, and the hole 105b fringe on the shroud upper shell 105a and the peripheral edge of the ring 11 are welded and bonded smoothly with no gap.
