PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine capable of shortening the processing time. SOLUTION: The cutting machine 1 cuts a workpiece by rotating a tool T around the axis by a rotating device 170 while the two ends of the tool T are held by a first rotary shaft 120 and a second rotary shaft 140. Accordingly the processing of the workpiece across its thickness can be conducted at one time with a cutting edge put in contact with the workpiece, and the time required to complete the cutting of the workpiece can be shortened, compared with the conventional process of cutting the workpiece using a water jet processing machine or a laser processing machine in which the processing proceeds across the workpiece thickness, and it is possible to shorten the processing time.
