PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine operating device of a working vehicle which has inexpensive configuration and superior operability and suppresses a shock when the work machine is operated. SOLUTION: This work machine operating device includes an angle cylinders 7a, 7b for driving a blade 5, a tilt cylinder 8, a proportional solenoid pressure control valves 22, 23 for supplying a pressure oil to each cylinder, an angle tilt switch 16 for instructing the angle operation and tilt operation of the blade 5, and a controller 20 which receives the signals from the angle tilt switch 16 and outputs control signals to the angle cylinders 7a, 7b and tilt cylinder 8 being the proportional solenoid pressure control valves.
