PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal tape adhesion device capable of preventing the elongation and meandering of a seal tape, and a liquid filling/packaging machine provided with the seal tape adhesion device. SOLUTION: The liquid filling/packaging machine 10 includes: a wrapper feeding roller 12 for guiding a wrapper A'; a wrapper servo-motor 14 for driving the wrapper feeding roller 12; a wrapper speed sensor for detecting the rotation speed of the wrapper servo-motor 14; a tape reel 24 for winding the seal tape a; a tape servo-motor 26 for driving the tape reel 24; a tape dancer roller 28 for guiding the seal tape a; a first tape encoder 30 for detecting the swing angle of the tape dancer roller 28; a pivot arm 34 abutted on the outer periphery of the wound seal tape a from an upper side; a second tape encoder 36 for detecting a swing angle of the pivot arm 34; and a control means 38.
