<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems; a currently-used roll type rolled paper is inconvenient at the time of use of a rest room and usage of the rolled paper should be made easier and a little bit simpler and the cut section of the rolled paper has an unattractive appearance and roller paper can hang down, and the appearance should be improved. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The paper pulling-out/storage box is prepared to store paper in the box, and has a pulling-out section having an opening capable of roughly inserting the tip of a finger on both left and right sides of the box so as to simply pull out the paper at the time of use.
