PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched film containing a polylactic acid-based resin suppressing deposition or the like of an oligomer in a molding step easily performing production at high productivity and operability and being preferable as a packaging material as a main component. SOLUTION: The biaxially stretched film comprises a crystalline polylactic acid-based resin composition having an L form/D form ratio=100/0-85/15. In the biaxially stretched film, the crystalline polylactic acid-based resin composition contains 100-10,000 ppm of a lubricant having a particle diameter of 0.1-10 μm relative to the whole weight and 2-30 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin containing a polytetramethylene glycol relative to the whole weight.
