The invention relates to drilling equipment and can be used in drill automated installations, in particular at implementation of lowering-lifting operations in process of drilling oil and gas wells. Wrench for screwing-unscrewing lock joints is equipped with body and catching mechanism, at that catching mechanism is arranged as eccentric cams that have working section as evolvement toothed surface with large teeth for interaction with gripping surface and respective toothed surface of drive of cams with teeth of standard toothing at outer cylindrical surface round axial opening, with two-level placement of cams on axles in the upper and the lower cavities of the body, respectively, with uniform separation in circle, six in each level, with turn of cams of the upper level by 180° with respect to long axis of cams of the lower level. The cylindrical toothed surface of cam of each level is in contact with respective toothed wheel that has respective toothed surface at the inner surface, and at outer surface the wheel is equipped with two prominent eyes to which hydraulic cylinders of toothed wheels drive are connected. The wheels are placed in the upper and the lower cavities of the body, and the body is provided with central through working opening proportional to diameter of the largest standard size of joint of drill pipes and with side horizontal cuts proportional to value of stroke of the hydraulic cylinder rod of toothed wheel drive for hinge mount of hydraulic cylinders with toothed wheels. The wrench makes it possible to provide high reliability of operations of screwing-unscrewing tubes (joints) with different standard sizes at implementation of tripping operations in process of drilling oil and gas wells. |
