An installation for continuous thermal utilization of organic wastes includes cylindrical reactor of thermal decomposition with system of outer heating, hoppers for loading and unloading reactor and heat exchange vertical recirculation column and condenser with water cooling. The reactor is arranged as coaxial and is placed at angle to horizon and is partly filled with solution of eutectic mix of salt KNO, NaNOand NaNO. In the reactor along its whole length additionally three augers are installed – auger for supply of raw material to reactor placed in the upper section of the cross section of cylindrical reactor and mounted to separate tube that is immersed to eutectic solution with gap from bottom of reactor and loading hopper is installed in its upper section, and two augers for solid residue unloading , of those the left one is rotated in clockwise direction and the right one – in counter-clockwise direction, at that in medium of salt solution those are placed in bed and at outlet from solution are mounted to oval tube. At that the unloading hopper is installed in the upper section of the oval tube, recirculation column is installed on tube with screw for raw material supply in middle point with respect to depth of eutectic solution. Column in the upper section is equipped with three-stage refrigerator each stage of which has ventilator. The upper part of the reactor is connected by pipeline to the column space placed under the refrigerator. |
