An item of knitted sportswear comprises a garment (1) made from two-thread plated jersey knit fabric with a seamless tubular structure, where the knit fabric used, except for two portions (12, 14), is made on the Inside, in contact with the skin, from a first, hypoallergenic thread (16) and, on the outside, from a second thread (18), both threads (16, 18) being non-conductors of electricity.
