PURPOSE: A light emitting diode(LED) lighting lamp and a LED light device are provided to emit light to all directions by installing the LED device to a flexible printed circuit(FPCB) board including a plurality of branches. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED devices toward the outside is installed on the FPCB(200). The FPCB includes a plurality of branches(210) which combines the end of the LED devices to a base board(100). A terminal unit(300) is combined to the base board and receives power from external power source. |
