<p>Actuated cylindrical rotor that comprises a supporting structure (1) that serves to support the horizontal rotation shaft (2) of a cylinder that has an inner half (4) occupied by a heavy body and another, inner half (5) that is a vacuum or that contains air, provision being made at the periphery of the cylinder for a channel (6) where there is a chain, belt or band (7) that transmits the rotary movement of the cylinder to a pinion or pulley connected to a generator (9) or to another apparatus, there being, on one of the end walls of the cylinder, a pinion, pulley or gear that receives the impulse of a motor (10), powered by a battery, storage battery or other energy, which maintains the speed of the cylinder and prevents the latter from stopping.</p> |
