PURPOSE: A payment processing system through a real name confirming agency, a method thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to guide real name confirmation agency information to a terminal of customer if the customer opens a non-real name complex account. CONSTITUTION: If a user interface for opening a complex account for non-faced transaction is requested to an account opening server(100), an interface providing unit(110) generates user interfaces for transmitting account opening request-information to the account opening server. The interface providing unit is interlinked with the interface unit(105), provides user interfaces for opening a complex account to a client terminal(195).
