METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ASSESSING GROUND-WATER VULNERABILITY TO CONTAMINATION USING GENETIC ALGORITHM

PURPOSE: A method and a system for assessing underground water vulnerability to contamination using a genetic algorithm are provided to assess underground water vulnerability to contamination accurately, thereby applying the assess result to various regions. CONSTITUTION: An underground water pollution vulnerability-influencing factor deriving unit(120) derives underground water pollution vulnerability-influencing factors suitable for a specific region. A weigh value calculating unit(130) uses a genetic algorithm to calculate a weight value about the derived underground water pollution vulnerability-influencing factors. A underground water pollution vulnerability index calculator(140) calculates an index for underground water vulnerability to contamination about a specific region.
