PURPOSE: A hot mat heating apparatus is provided to lighten and simplify a controller such as a circulating pump and a hot water tank by coupling an electric heating device on a hot water mat. CONSTITUTION: A hot mat heating apparatus comprises a pipe(100), a waterproof heat wire(110), a fluid(120), and a controller(130). The pipe is serially installed inside the mat through the whole mat. The waterproof heat wire is formed by coating multiple metal resistance wires with insulating materials. The waterproof heat wire is inserted into the pipe and functions as a heat source. The fluid with which the pipe is filled transmits the heat emitted from the waterproofing hotwire to the outside. The controller is connected to the resistance hotwire and applies electricity.
