PURPOSE: A block-based parking guidance control, and a control method thereof are provided to reduce the mis-sensing rate of a parking position and a park guidance control by using a loop sensor with the superior accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A pair of loop sensors(10) are installed in the access and entry road of a park block. A loop sensor is connected to a connection part(21). A signal transmission part(22) transmits an electric signal to the loop sensor. A signal sensing part(23) senses the electric signal of a loop sensor. An output part(24) outputs a signal with the operation of the loop sensor. A communications part(25) transmits and receives a signal inputted to the signal sensing part. A sensing controller(20) is installed in a parking block. The sensing controller is connected to a management controller. A light emitting part outputs the moving direction of a vehicle or the parking availability of a vehicle.
