The element has coupling elements (3, 18) provided at sides of a sensor element and a measuring machine, respectively. The coupling elements are optically or mechanically connected with each other. An optical fiber (22) is provided in the sensor element-sided coupling element, and includes an optical interface (30) connected with an optical contact element (34) of the measuring machine. Another optical contact element (33) is formed with an auto-centering ferrule (23), which includes an end of the optical fiber. The ferrule is floatably supported in the sensor element-sided coupling element. |
