<p>The present invention provides a method for acquiring a session description protocol file for a digital video broadcasting handheld device, during the process of receiving electronic service guide information, the digital video broadcasting handheld device stores the session description protocol files and associated auxiliary attribute information therein in a local file system; a user selects a service channel and specifies a service type, and according to a service identification of the service channel, the digital video broadcasting handheld device inquires and acquires corresponding session description protocol file information and associated auxiliary attribute information; from the acquired information of all session description protocol files and associated auxiliary attributes, the digital video broadcasting handheld device selects a session description protocol file whose auxiliary attribute information matches the service type as the session description protocol file needed by the user. With the present invention, a mobile TV can rapidly and accurately acquire the session description protocol file needed by the user in complex electronic service guide information, and implement the correlative service, so that the overall performance of the mobile TV is improved.</p> |
