PURPOSE: A curling manufacturing device of the outer housing of a tail trim for a vehicle muffler and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the delivery of pressure to the body of the outer housing. CONSTITUTION: A curling manufacturing device of the outer housing of a tail trim for a vehicle muffler comprises a shelf(1), a plurality of supporting members(3), a rotating member(5), a transfer device(7), a pressurization member, a controller. A plurality of supporting members is distributed to be separated in order to have the same angle upon the upper side of the shelf. A seating groove(4) is formed inside the supporting member. A curved part is formed on the seating groove.
