PURPOSE: An automatic scrap removing mold structure is provided to reduce a failure rate by completely separating a workpiece by pushing the scrap from a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: An automatic scrap removing mold structure comprises an upper and a lower base(10,30), a guide plate(20), a support plate(40), and a position changing part. The upper base comprises a cut out part(11), a support block(13b), and a exhausting part(13). A pushing pin(13c) of the exhausting part picks up and pushes out a scrap(S). The guide plate has a guide hole(21) for the exhaustion of the scrap. The lower base comprises a supporting part(31) and a collecting part(33). The supporting part is arranged on the target position of the cut out part of the upper base. The collecting part is arranged at the lower part of the guide plate, and collects the scrap. The supporting plate is installed between the collecting part and the guide plate of the lower base. The position changing part is installed in the guide plate and in the support plate controls the location of the guide plate. |
