PURPOSE: An analysis method of a renting-guaranty money using address information are provided to automatically calculate renting-guaranty by input of an address about specific real estate and automatically provide analyzing report about returning renting-guaranty to user in real time, thereby solving inconvenience for obtaining information. CONSTITUTION: A real estate information is inputted(S200). An address information obtaining unit obtains information about specific address(S300). A right of a real estate and market price is analyzed(S400). Information about hirer condition is obtained(S500). A least deposit is analyzed(S600). Information about neighboring item is obtained according to the obtained address information(S700). An analyzing report of returning returning-guaranty money is generated by the analyzed information(S800). |
