THE STRUCTURE OF CLUTCH ASSEMBLY OF FULL AUTOMATIC WASHER BY SINGLE TYPE MOTER

PURPOSE: A clutch assembly structure of a motor integrated full automatic washing machine is provided to replace only a band brake shoe without replacing the entire drum assembly in case of being worn away due to the replaceable band brake shoe which is bolt fastened in the outer circumference of a drum case. CONSTITUTION: A clutch assembly structure of a motor integrated full automatic washing machine comprises: a drum assembly(100) wherein a planetary gear(5) and a drum case(4) are spline-assembled in the end part of the motor shaft(7) and a stationary gear(4a) is integrally formed in the planetary gear and the inner circumference of the drum case; a clutch housing(300); and a BL DC motor(200). The drum case is manufactured of resinous material such as high intensity engine plastic or aluminum alloy material. A band brake shoe(4b) is bolt-coupled in the some portion of the outer circumference of the drum case.
