METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF FABRIC COATING COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A producing method of a fabric coating composition is provided to secure antimicrobial deodorization and anion emission effect of the composition, and to obtain harmlessness to a human body. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a fabric coating composition comprises the following steps: mixing a water-soluble binder resin and water with zeolite powder and anion generating tourmaline powder at 160~175 deg C, and heat processing the mixture for 1~2 hours; adding a pro-oxidant, sodium chloride and methanol to the mixture and reacting the mixture for 2~3 hours at 80~90 deg C; adding antimicrobial agent powder to the mixture and aging for 12 hours at 25~26 deg C; impregnating an antioxidant to the mixture, reacting the mixture for 3~4 hours, and aging the mixture for 60~80 minutes; stirring the mixture for 30~50 minutes in the speed of 600~650 rpm, and stirring again for 1~1.2 hours while maintaining the temperature at 25~27 deg C; and aging the mixture for 10 hours at 25~27 deg C.
