The earpiece adapter (1) has a spherical section (2), a conical section (3) which is formed at the end facing an ear mold and tapers towards the ear mold. The conical section is formed such that it forms a stop at the tilting of the earpiece adapter in the ear mold. The earpiece adapter is rotation symmetrically formed. An independent claim is also included for an ear mold with an adapter element.
