PURPOSE: A camera-attached image processing and data transferring device is provided to perform a post-process of motion data inputted from a camera in an FPGA board which can be attached to the camera. CONSTITUTION: A low pass filtering unit(32) performs the low pass filtering of binarized motion data in order to remove noises due to measurement error. A second image binary-code part(33) binarizes the filtered video data. A marker labeling unit(34) designates the name of each marker to distinguish plural moving markers attached on a subject. A marker center point calculating unit(35) calculates the center point of the marker by producing the coordinate of each marker.
