The housing (30) has a heat conducting layer (42) arranged in sections at an inner wall of the housing, where the layer in its thermal conduction characteristics is adapted to thermal capacity of the region of the housing. Two, half cone and/or halfcylindric segments are interconnected in sections, and the layer is arranged in region of connecting joints (38) of the segments and/or in a region of vertex of the segments. A heat insulating layer (44) is arranged in the region of vertex of segments, where the insulating layer is made of a ceramic material and conducting layer is made of copper. An independent claim is also included for a gas turbine.
