Electronic card with control means

The card (1) has an electric supply source (4) e.g. battery, for powering an integrated circuit (5), where the card is in a form of an electronic badge or an electronic device. A manually operable controlling unit (6), integrated circuit and source are locked or encapsulated in an insulated material e.g. plastic, layer (3) forming a card. The controlling unit is constituted of a set of electrodes for defining a tactile screen with capacitive keys that are activated using a finger of user or stylus on a contact surface (20) of the card with respect to the screen for introducing data or command.
