PURPOSE: A deicing material discharge detecting apparatus with a crushing function is provided to prevent deicing material from being excessively scattered and a chute from being blocked by generating immediate emergency signals during the abnormal exhaustion of deicing material. CONSTITUTION: A deicing material discharge detecting apparatus with a crushing function comprises a rotary shaft(20), a crushing detecting plate, a detecting unit(40), a non-discharge sensor(50), and an over-discharge sensor(60). The rotary shaft is pivotally installed through the support side wall. The crushing detecting plate is attached to the rotary shaft, rotates to the upper part during discharging the deicing material, and has a crush blade in the lower part thereof. The non-exhaust sensor detects the detecting unit rotating with the detecting plate. The over-discharge sensor detects the detecting unit rotating with the detecting plate which rotates to the upper part during over-discharging the deicing material.
