<p>The device for producing molded blanks such as pellets or briquettes from a moldable biomass material or wood raw material such as saw chips, boughs and/or timber, comprises a mechanism for grinding the material, a further mechanism alternatively equipped with tools for forming the pellets or briquettes, and a conditioning and dosing apparatus between the mechanisms. The mechanisms have a common drive, which has an electromotor (7), a connector at a power take-off shaft of a tractive vehicle or a comparable adapter at the drive energy of a carrier vehicle, a gear unit, and a shaft (6). The device for producing molded blanks such as pellets or briquettes from a moldable biomass material or wood raw material such as saw chips, boughs and/or timber, comprises a mechanism for grinding the material, a further mechanism alternatively equipped with tools for forming the pellets or briquettes, and a conditioning and dosing apparatus formed between the mechanisms. The mechanisms have a common drive, which has an electromotor (7), a connector at a power take-off shaft of a tractive vehicle or a comparable adapter at the drive energy of a carrier vehicle, a gear unit, and a shaft (6), which is connected with tools of the mechanisms. The grinding mechanism has a rotating rasping drum (4) having internally and externally lying rasping teeth. A bottom of the rasping drum is formed as sieve. The mechanisms are subsequently arranged each other in a common housing (1), which is connected in an oblique layer of a chassis and/or in a vertical layer of a chassis. The electromotor is arranged outside of the housing and the shaft is guided through the housing. The chassis is equipped with running wheels (3) and a drawbar. The dosing apparatus is useable for controlling the flow of the grinded materials before forming the molded blanks. The occurring air flow, heat and moisture are recirculated into the device dependent on the process and are used for conditioning the material flow.</p> |
