<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying/recovering device for longitudinal material capable of replacing a reel more promptly. <P>SOLUTION: This laying/recovering device 1 is provided with carriages 10 which can pivot the reels 3 so as to be rotated freely, and a hydraulic cylinder 29 which drives the reels 3 pivoted at the carriages 10 in a vertical direction. Besides, the carriages 10 are disposed on both the sides in the traveling direction respectively and have two sides 14a connected with each other at a rear edge side. Moreover, in the laying/recovering device 1, the reel 3 is driven downward by a hydraulic cylinder 29 to be brought into contact with a traveling surface 100 of the carriages 10. The reel 3 is constituted so as to be carried in/out of between the two sides 14a from front edges of the carriages 10 with the pivot condition of the reel 3 released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
