<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the grasping of the correct rotation position of the stepping motor with a simple processing. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary board 162 having a part 162a to be detected for a light reflection type sensor 161 which detects the reflected lights and a role object 11 are mounted on a rotating shaft 41a of the stepping motor 41 adapted to make one turn under an X step drive and turned in linkage with the rotating shaft 41a. A counter is so arranged as to make a counting in rotation in a range of 0 to X-1 according to the rotation position of the rotating shaft 41a. As the rotating shaft 41a is normally rotated by one step, the values of the counter are added by 1 while being subtracted by 1 in the reversed rotation. When the reflection type sensor 161a detects the part 162a to be detected during the normal rotation of the rotating shaft 41a, 0 is set on the counter as the initial value. When the reflection type sensor 161 detects the part 162a to be detected during the reversed rotation of the rotating shaft 41a, 0+α, with the correction valueαadded corresponding to the width w of the part 162a to be detected, is set on the counter as the initial value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
