PURPOSE: A passive magnet collector is provided to rapidly separate a passive magnet material which is collected by the magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: A passive magnet collector comprises a collecting unit(4), a handle part(2), and a magnet(10). The magnet is longitudinally slid. The magnet is connected through cables to a main lever(5) and a sub lever. The magnetic object attached with the magnet to the collecting part is separated by selectively using the main lever and the sub lever. The magnet is inserted in magnet enclosing casings in the collecting part inside. The magnet is supported with a plurality of balls, and freely revolves. When the magnetic object is collected, the main lever does not move and serves as a handle.
