PURPOSE: A wall-mounted stand for flat-type TV is provided to control slope easily by controlling slope of up and down directions with a tilt spring, and controlling free stop torque. CONSTITUTION: Four tile springs of a cylindrical shape(43) are installed between the end of both sides and an adjacent shaft fixing part(422) of the next end. A rotating shaft(41) is inserted into the tilt spring. Tilting ends(431,432) is formed in the end of both sides of the tilt spring. After the rotating shaft passes through two tilt springs, one or more abrasion prevention bush(44) and several disk washers(45) are installed at the rotating shaft. A nut(46) is combined in the thread of a screw of the rotating shaft.
