PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing silk peptide with enhanced serine content is provided to prevent environmental pollution and manufacture risk and to ensure calcium absorption ability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing silk peptide by decomposing silk fibroin comprises: a step of adding protease and papain to obtain silk protein fibroin; a step of treating pure sericine and fibroin silk protein with aspergillus niger, Bacillus licheniformis, and Bacillus stearothermophilus with enzyme; a step of filtering and freeze-drying; and a step of adding 0.3-0.8 w% of enzymes.
