PURPOSE: A wire rope loop for a cargo loading and unloading working of a load and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure profitability and to improve the compatibility of costs due to reducing raw costs by using rubber material which includes waste rubber and recycled rubber because the rubber reinforcing member is formed along the outer circumference of the joint in one body. CONSTITUTION: A wire rope loop for a cargo loading and unloading working of a load comprises: a wire rope(100) which is formed to a ringed structure and wherein a first rope end part(100a) and a second rope end part(100b) which are formed in both ends of the wire rope are overlapped; a joint(1) which is pressed and fixed in the outside of the first rope end part and the second rope end part of the wire rope and interlinks the first rope end part and the second rope end part each other; reinforcing members(2, 2a) which surrounds the outer circumference of the joint and is integrally formed with the joint by a press forming machine; an adhesive layer(6) which is formed between the reinforcing members and the joint; and a tapered inclined end(2c) which is respectively formed in the front side and a rear side of the reinforcing members. |
