PURPOSE: A foot correction structure for footwear is provided, which enables a user to control the foot correction structure according to the plantar arch angle. CONSTITUTION: A foot correction structure for footwear comprises: a prosthesis installation groove which is installed in the part-contacting the arch plantar of the shoe insole; an angle adjusting axis(24) which forms a control groove in the lower part of the arch shape-prosthesis established in the prosthesis installation groove; an arch control projection(23) formed of a spring axis; an upper support(22) formed of an upper space in the center; and a lower support(29) formed of a lower space in the center.
