PURPOSE: A hand-held manicure remover is provided, which conveniently eliminates manicure and can easily eliminate the used puff. CONSTITUTION: A hand-held manicure remover includes: a remover main body in which a puff(1) containing the remover solution is inserted; a support stand(2) in which the puff is exposed if the power is added to the rear part and which supports the puff when the power is not added; a sliding style cutter(5) attached to the main body; a lid(7) in which a sliding cover(6) is installed to the top end portion of the lid; and a space(8) formed between the cutter and lid, so that the snapped puff is kept safely and thrown away.
