A RECOMBINANT VECTOR FOR PREPARING BACTERIOCIN

PURPOSE: A recombinant vector for producing bacteriocin OR-7 is provided to secure the productivity and the antibacterial activity of the improved bacteriocin transformed by the recombinant vector. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector for producing bacteriocin OR-7 includes polynucleotide with the sequence number 1 coding the bacteriocin OR-7, and a GPD promoter with the sequence number 3. A transformant is produced by transforming a host cell using the recombinant vector. The host cell is yeast selected from saccharomyces cerevisiae, saccharomyces rosei, saccharomyces uvarum, saccharomyces chevalieri, torulaspora delbrueckii, or kluyveromyces thermotolerans.
