PURPOSE: A release preventing system of a parking brake is provided to prevent the pressure in an air tank from lowering by leakage pressure of rupture, by filling compressed air into the air tank by driving a starting motor. CONSTITUTION: A release prevention system of a parking brake comprises: an air tank pressure sensor part(100) which senses the pressure of an air tank; a brake chamber part(200) which is provided compressed air from the air tank and activates a brake; a starting motor(300) which operates an engine; a controller(400) which runs the starting motor so that compressed air be filled in the air tank if the compressed air of the air tank is exhausted; and a gear transmission sensor part(500) which senses the state of a gear. |
